Meta Platform Data: When you grant us Agency Partner access to your Meta Business Manager, we collect your Facebook Page ID and Instagram Business Account ID. We access these platforms solely to publish authorized content on your behalf via the Meta Graph API.

We use your information exclusively to provide and improve the FIELD2FEED service. This includes:
Automating the formatting and publishing of jobsite photos to your connected Facebook and Instagram pages.
Sending requested end-of-day SMS reminders to your designated crew members.
Processing subscription payments.

We do not use your data, photos, or Meta connections to run unauthorized ads or post unapproved content.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We utilize trusted third-party services to operate our automation infrastructure. Your data may be processed by:
Make.com: For workflow automation and API routing.
Tally: For secure form intake and media uploads.
Stripe: For secure payment processing.
Twilio: For delivering SMS text reminders.
Meta: For publishing content to your linked Facebook and Instagram accounts.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention and Deletion (Meta Compliance)
We retain your data only for as long as your FIELD2FEED subscription is active.
Revoking Meta Access: You can revoke FIELD2FEED's access to your Facebook and Instagram pages at any time directly through your Meta Business Manager settings.
Data Deletion Request: If you cancel your subscription or wish to have your data permanently deleted from our databases, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will permanently delete your Meta IDs, media, and contact information within 7 days.

FIELD2FEED offers automated SMS reminders to active users. By opting in via our digital intake form, you agree to receive automated text messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to cancel and opt out at any time.
